Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support with:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Registered Mobile Number or Email

Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a 100% refund will be processed.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or another approved method.

Customized & Special Orders

Orders for customized, made-to-order, or specially sourced sarees cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun.

Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment verification issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
